1:1 CONSULTS
Sick of the diet rollercoaster? Rosa provides a space for her clients, away from the nutri-bollocks and social confusion. With techniques from the Non-Diet approach™, her work is based from a HAES® lens. Ethically considered and evidence based.
GROUP WORKSHOPS
Sometimes it's best to jump on board a life-changing journey with a group. This way you can discuss and work through whatever you face together. Since 2016 Rosa has been running workshops for students at Victoria University and has now taken them online. Group cooking workshops can be apart of the package too!
YOGA SESSIONS
Need a moment? In her yoga sessions Rosa will provide you with an opportunity to take some space. She encourages the practice of connecting to the breath and being aware of the mind. Rosa's favourite style to teach is yin, while she enjoys vinyasa for her self-practice.
